At the beginning of the game, there are 23 empty building spaces in the camp, which can be used to build farms, logging camps, quarries and mines. Later in the game, the player can attack other camps to gain resources, and can then dismantle the resource-based buildings and set up other units instead.

Once resources have been collected, players can build cowboy units to enter the world map to fight and collect resources. As troops grow in strength, the resources brought back increase, and later in the game even most of the resources come from the map.

The game has a detailed tech tree, heroes, equipment and equipment inlays, and all the usual SLG gameplay, with RPG elements thrown in.

Two of the game's more interesting features are a shootout between cowboys and a card-swapping exercise to find the largest card (a test of observation). Players can earn daily rewards through these playthroughs, including mall currency.
